Support & training

Apart from the fact that we develop the GRIP software, being an Administrative Agency, we are one of the most frequent users of the software system. We know what support, training and features can be required for the medical experts and the administrative staff.

Although GRIP software is very straight forward and easy to use but we still recommend you to run a training session with us to get the skills and knowledge you need to use your software and get the maximum benefit from it. A remote training and software installation can be provided to the medical experts and their admin staff. 

Remote connection:

We are the Business type licence holder for the TeamViewer. The installation, training and technical support will be provided remotely through using TeamViewer. More information and installation guide for TeamViewer can be obtained by using their website https://www.teamviewer.com

The following minimum hardware configurations are recommended for an optimal experience:

• • • An IBM-compatible computer with a 1GHz (or equivalent) processor
    • 512MB RAM
    • 400MB of free disk space after Microsoft Windows has been installed
    • Microsoft Windows 

GRIP Software is fully compatible with Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 10. If you are a MAC user, you need to run the Windows operating system on a virtual machine or on a parallel system in order to run GRIP software.
