I, Dr Tanzeem Iqbal graduated from the university of Manchester in 2006. I completed my foundation training in Oxford and Milton Keynes. I then completed my GP training in South Yorkshire and received my MRCGP qualification.
As part of my training, I worked in different specialities including ENT, Psychiatry, General medicine and Surgery, Cardiology, Paediatrics and Obstetrics and Gynaecology. I completed my exams to become a qualified GP in 2012.
In 2015 I completed my MedCo training to become accredited as a full time Medico-legal Expert doctor in providing reports for personal injury for soft tissue and non soft tissues injuries, mainly from RTAs. I travel to different parts of the England including areas of North, the Midlands and the South of England. Due to the Covid pandemic since March 2020 I have been working remotely. I now do medico-legal work full time and work as a GP part time one day a week.
My consulting rooms and venues are private, clean and spacious. I follow the Covid-19 safety guidelines when seeing my clients. I always follow best practices and the guidelines as set by MedCo when choosing my consulting venues.
As a medico legal expert, I keep myself up to date with the regulator MedCo via courses and online CPD. As a GP I also keep up to date by attending courses and e learning online.
Keeping the client’s personal data safe and secure is quite important to me and I follow the data protection principles as set out under the UK-GDPR rules and data protection act 2018. My consultation and examination techniques as a doctor in this field are quite thorough and exemplary. The medical reports I produce are always detailed and of a high quality and standard. I always receive positive feedback and compliments from both my NHS patients and clients from my medico-legal work.
I am up to date with Medico-Legal courses and required training. My consulting venues are private and suitable for the medico-legal consultations. I follow the COVID-19 safety guidelines when seeing the clients in face-to-face clinics. My consultation and examination techniques are quite thorough and medical reports are produced to high standards.
Appointment booking procedure:
All of my consulting rooms are private, fixed and suitable for medico-legal consultations. To reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 virus, I am offering remote consultation appointments to clients. I can offer video appointments through WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom, Skype, Google or through any other secure platform as per the client’s needs. I can offer weekend or evening appointments in some of my venues too. I am following the Government guidelines and will start face to face appointments when it is safe to do so.

All of my consulting locations have disabled access and have parking facilities. I always want the best customer services experience for my clients. If you need any special assistance for your appointment, please do let my secretary know about this at the time of arranging the appointment.
I do offer evening appointments. For the remote appointments, the waiting time is 3 days. On the normal circumstances, for the face-to-face appointment, the waiting time is between 1 to 2 weeks. Medical reports and any amendments are submitted within 3 days. Any other queries will be responded within 48 hours of receipt.
